There was a slight issue with one of the boxes and the manager was so kind he phoned us up to find out if they were a gift or for a special occasion and when I told him they were, he ordered another box and sent it very quickly so they weren't delayed.
He is very helpful and kind as are all of his staff.
I would highly recommend shopping with The Chinaman to everybody, you won't be disappointed.
